Day by day fight
- Every day can be a fight.
- Every day can be dark.
- Every day can be what you make it.

You make the choice when it comes to taking on the day.
After you take on the first few minutes of the first hour awake, move onto the next hour and the next and so on until your day comes an end and then look back, give yourself a pat on the back, or a high five for being able to take on a day.
When taking on the day, you choose to stay in bed and have a bad day, do it! Listen to your body, take the day to let your body, relax, cry; watch movies, or read a book of your choosing, whatever it is you want to do in that bed, do it.
Rough. Happy. Sad. Tired.
There are going to be rough, possibly very rough days. You are going to have amazing days. You will also go through days where all the feels hit, hell it could hit all at once. That’s where you hope like hell you don’t have an anixety attack and you can think through them, one by one.
Depression. Anxiety. Coping?
There will never be a permanent treatment for depression and anxiety... there is no magic pill, no shot to take at a certain age, no creams or lotions. BUT, there are ways to cope with it after being diagnosed with one or the other; maybe even both at the same time. Everyone has their own way of coping with news they weren’t ready to hear.
